New Year Hike at Norris Dam State Park add to itinerary

Enjoy a midnight hike for New Year’s Eve at Norris Dam State Park. The hike will begin and end at the Tea Room. This will be a moderate 2 mile hike and will take place rain or shine. Afterward, warm up with a fire and refreshments in the Tea Room. Flashlights are needed and any reflective wear would be great. For more information, call 865-426-7461.

Norris Dam 12k Challenge add to itinerary

This race is part of the Tennessee State Parks Running Tour which is in its 38th year running. This is a 12k race in and around Norris Dam State Park. The 12k race starts and finishes at the Park Headquarters of Norris Dam State Park. This is a challenging course, a hill runner’s delight! Bring a Crock Pot of Chili for the famous and friendly chili cooking competition after the race to warm your bones. The more chili the merrier!

Neko's Birthday Ride at Windrock Bike Park add to itinerary

Take the challenge of completing 25 runs down the mountain to celebrate park owner and pro racer Neko Mulally’s 25th birthday.

Pro Gravity Tour Windrock Bike Race add to itinerary

The 2018 Pro Gravity Tour is Windrock Bike Park’s Premier Event. The tour will consist of 7 rounds with the season kicking off at Windrock Bike Park on March 7-11. This race will attract riders from around the world to compete in a unique, early season race.

Southern Rock Racing Series (SRRS) Hillclimb at Windrock Park add to itinerary

Come out to Windrock Park on March 9-10 to watch some wild rock bouncing fun! Spectators are welcome.

Spring Wildflower Hike add to itinerary

Join Norris Dam State Park and TVA staff for guided hikes along the cool Clinch River, one of the most diverse pathways of wildflower concentrations in the region. Hikes will begin at 10am and 1pm at the River Bluff trailhead and 2pm at the Lower Creek trailhead, located at the Rice’s Gristmill. Registration is not required and there is no charge for the hikes. Maxxis Gravity Series at Windrock Bike Park add to itinerary

The Maxxis Gravity Series is the Mid-Atlantic region’s premier race series. Bringing them into the southeast will bring new faces to Windrock Bike Park. Spectators are welcome.

Windrock Park Spring Jamboree add to itinerary

Guided rides, ATV Rodeo, Poker Run, Windrock Wide Open, Windrock Challenge, Drag Race, Mud Drag and Dash for Cash are just a few of the activities at the Jamboree! You don’t have to be a rider to enjoy. Spectators can watch the competitions and enjoy the fun. The event takes place at Windrock Park which consists of over 72,000 acres of off-road adventure for the entire family with many picturesque views of East Tennessee’s mountains and valleys.Camping facilities are available at Windrock Park and campground. IMBA Enduro Bike Race add to itinerary

The National Enduro is a new and exciting event for Windrock in 2018. The best riders from around the country will compete in this adventure style mountain bike race where riders will be tested with a full day on the bike. Enduro mixes the all-out speed with the challenge of being out all day. Spectators are welcome.

Southeast Triple Crown Enduro add to itinerary

Windrock Bike Park will host the Southeast Triple Crown Enduro. This regional level endurance race will draw riders from around the southeast to Windrock Bike Park. Spectators are welcome.
