Windrock Park Spring Jamboree add to itinerary

Guided rides, ATV Rodeo, Poker Run, Windrock Wide Open, Windrock Challenge, Drag Race, Mud Drag and Dash for Cash are just a few of the activities at the Jamboree! You don’t have to be a rider to enjoy. Spectators can watch the competitions and enjoy the fun. The event takes place at Windrock Park which consists of over 72,000 acres of off-road adventure for the entire family with many picturesque views of East Tennessee’s mountains and valleys. July 4th Celebration and Anvil Shoot add to itinerary

July 4th will be celebrated in an unusual, dramatic, and traditional fashion at the Museum of Appalachia with historic anvil shoots. In addition, there will be demonstrations of mountain arts and crafts. Bluegrass, old time and folk music will be played and sung on the porches of the cabins and in the old log church, hymn singing and church services will be conducted. Appalachian Toyota Roundup at Windrock Park add to itinerary

The Appalachian Toyota Round-Up is the largest annual gathering of Toyota off-road enthusiasts on the east coast. This annual event is held every Labor Day weekend at Windrock Park, the world’s largest privately owned OHV area. This family friendly event is the perfect opportunity to meet other off roaders from around the country while enjoying the mountains of East Tennessee. The event hosts nightly gatherings, catered food, live music, door ad raffle prizes and organized trail rides for all skill levels. This is an event you don’t want to miss. Days of the Pioneer Antique Show at the Museum of Appalachia add to itinerary

This show will feature over sixty of the finest selection of 18th & 19th century Antique Dealers. During the show traditional craftsmen will be on the grounds demonstrating their various and centuries-old talents. The venue will also provide mountain music in different locations on the grounds while other areas will highlight Civil War-era soldiers and civilians in their period dress. Tickets also include a tour of the Museum, a farm-village with some three dozen historic log structures, exhibit halls filled with authentic Appalachian artifacts, and gardens and farm animals in a picturesque setting surrounded by split-rail fences. The Fall Jamboree includes a haunted trail ride and bonfire to conclude the first night!  The event takes place at Windrock Park which consists of over 72,000 acres of off-road adventure for the entire family with many picturesque views of East Tennessee’s mountains and valleys. Explore over 300 miles of trails for riding ATV’s, Motorcycles, Mountain Bikes, in addition to four wheeling in Jeeps and Rail buggies and Hiking. The Bigfoot Blast 5K/10K Trail Run add to itinerary

Windrock Park's 4th Annual 5K & 10K Trail Run/Walk will be a fun, challenging trail with rolling hills and a beautiful mountain view. This trail consists of gravel, dirt and rock. Will there be a Bigfoot sighting? Yes, there is a good possibility! Proceeds from The Bigfoot Blast 5K & 10K will be going to Boys & Girls Club of North Anderson County whose mission is "to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens."
